You’ll need two short clips. One from the side and one from behind. Treadmill or outside, either works.

Fill in a short background form
Your running history, goals, current shoes, and anything you want me to look at. Takes about 5 minutes.
We hop on a 45-minute video call
I walk you through everything I found. Your written report follows after the call
What do I need to film the video?
Just your phone. I need two angles — a side view and a back view of you running. Treadmill or outside both work.
Do I need a treadmill?
No. Outdoor footage works just as well. Have someone film you while you run or set up a tripod. But if you do have access to a treadmill that's fine too.
How is this different from what I'd get at a running store?
Most running stores look at your feet and put you in a shoe category. I look at your entire body — hips, knees, ankles, trunk — and connect what I see to your training, your injury history, and your shoes. It's a completely different level of detail.
